Ms. Bromfield has been an Associate with SDV since the summer of 2004. Prior to joining SDV, she worked for a general practice firm in Stamford, Connecticut, concentrating in the areas of complex commercial litigation and insurance defense. Ms. Bromfield now focuses her practice on complex insurance coverage litigation in the areas of construction defect claims and in the health care area representing health care providers in all disputes arising out of the provider/payer relationship, including reimbursement. Recently, Ms. Bromfield successfully tried a jury case where the award for our policyholder client for indemnity and defense fees was $2,000,000.00.

Ms. Bromfield received her Juris Doctorate from Quinnipiac University, School of Law, where she served on the editorial board of the Quinnipiac Probate Law Journal.
