We are always looking for motivated associates to join our team of dedicated professionals. We hire both entry-level and experienced associates and are committed to providing each associate with the necessary hands-on training, both in and out of house, to ensure a successful work experience and an effective and valuable work product.

SDV’s associates are critical members of our litigation team and work on cases involving complex commercial litigation on a national level. As a result, associates become familiar with jurisdictional law across the country and experience a unique analytical approach to dispute resolution and litigation.

In addition to drafting legal briefs and opinion letters, our associates focus on choice of law issues, policy language analysis in light of the selected venue, and the development of a sound strategy. Frequent case management meetings keep the team apprised of relevant fact gathering and research activities. These meetings result in a thorough analysis of the matter and a cohesive, cost-effective approach to litigation.
