401(k) Retirement Savings Plan:
We offer each of our employees the opportunity to participate in our 401(k) Retirement Savings Plan. Employees may begin contributing their own funds to the plan upon their first day of employment – there is no waiting period. SDV then contributes a sum equal to 3% of the employee’s gross yearly income to the plan at the end of each calendar year.
401(a) Profit Sharing Plan:
In addition to the 401(k) Retirement Savings Plan, we share SDV’s profits with our employees on an annual basis through our 401(a) Profit Sharing Plan. At the end of each year, we contribute to each qualified employee’s 401(a) account an amount, calculated by an actuarial, which is based upon the firm’s profit for that year.
Bonuses:
We offer a generous bonus plan to our employees based upon performance. At the end of each calendar year, each employee’s performance is evaluated to determine whether to award a merit-based bonus.
Insurance:
We offer a comprehensive insurance package to our employees. The health insurance program includes a choice of 4 insurance carriers and 8 different plans to fit each employee’s needs.
Fulltime employees receive AD&D and Term Life insurance benefits.
Each employee is automatically enrolled for long-term disability insurance as of the date of their hire.
Dental insurance and short-term disability insurance are also available.
