Professional Activities:
Ms. DiBenedictis joined Saxe Doernberger & Vita, P.C. as a paralegal in September 2001. She provides paralegal support in complex commercial litigation and insurance litigation matters. Ms. DiBenedictis’ focus at Saxe Doernberger & Vita, P.C. has been in the areas of litigation support at trial as well as data and fact gathering in preparation for the initiation of litigation against insurers. Her case management experience includes drafting pleadings, preparing and responding to discovery, document review and trial preparation.

Ms. DiBenedictis played a critical role in litigation seeking the recovery of property damage and consequential damages for a not-for-profit policyholder client. She is presently involved in a matter in which the firm represents healthcare providers in disputes arising out of the provider/payer relationship, including reimbursement.

Prior to joining Saxe Doernberger & Vita, P.C., Ms. DiBenedictis worked for seven years as a paralegal in a New Haven law firm where she focused primarily on commercial litigation, eviction and bankruptcy matters.
