Additional Insured Issues in the Context of Wrap-Ups
On March 28th, 2007 Jeffrey J. Vita will speak at the meeting of the Insurance Law and Construction Law sections of the Connecticut Bar Association. Richard C. Robinson of Pullman & Comley, LLC and Ernest J. Mattei of Day Pittney LLP will join Mr. Vita to present, “Additional Insured Coverage Issues in Construction Defect Litigation”. In this seminar, the presenters will analyze the issue of additional insured coverage in litigation involving defective construction from the standpoint of both the insured and the insurer. The topics to be addressed include: contractual indemnification vs. additional insured coverage,scope of coverage provided by additional insured endorsements, co-insurance considerations and allocation of available coverage, and additional insured issues in the context of wrap-ups.
