Tracy Alan Saxe joined Colin Daigle of Marsh USA, Inc. to present "Understanding Claims and Coverage Issues Under Builders Risk Policies." This workshop discussed key components of builders risk policies and provide attendees with a comprehensive approach to preparing claims and analyzing coverage. It examined policy provisions that most commonly lead to coverage disputes; identified potential coverage gaps as determined by the law in the applicable venue; and illstrated key concepts in preparing claims, using real-life scenarios.
