Tracy Alan Saxe, Alejandra Evans of Allied and William Noonan of Structure Tone recently presented at the IRMI-CRC 2009 seminar in Washington, D.C. on the topic of Risk and Insurance Implications Due to Project Delays. This workshop provides a brief overview of project delays and their causes/effects and then examines in detail the financial and legal implications of a project delay for owners and contractors, including the impact on the insurance program. Methods for preventing or addressing project delays will also be examined.

In addition, Mr. Saxe and his partner, Jeffrey J. Vita, each led a roundtable discussion on the Top 10 Builders Risk Issues and  What to Look for in Additional Insured Endorsements,  respectively.
