Jeremiah M. Welch - Partner

Professional Activities:

Mr. Welch joined SDV in May of 2007. Prior to joining the firm Mr. Welch was a partner in a prominent defense firm in Los Angeles, California where he represented various professional and corporate clients through all phases of litigation including jury trial and arbitration.

Mr. Welch focuses his practice on corporate insurance recovery and is currently representing clients in a variety of insurance disputes including large scale construction loss, natural disaster loss, terrorism related mass tort coverage, and catastrophic commercial property loss/business interruption. In addition to representing policyholders in litigation, Mr. Welch provides counsel to corporate counsel, risk managers and brokers on ways to improve existing insurance programs. He also counsels clients on means to improve the insurance procurement and risk transfer components of their contracts, including vendor contracts, leases, asset purchase agreements, building contracts and many others.

Mr. Welch is a U.S. Army veteran.
