Pearson of Meckler Bulger Tilson Marick & Pearson were panelists at the MC Consultant’s 2009 East Region Construction Defect and Construction Law Conference.  The panel discussed new coverage issues including trigger of coverage, AI Issues (arising out of work and/or negligence), no-contribution case law, the intersection between GL coverage and Surety, interpretation of CGL Exclusions regarding defective construction and priority of coverage issues/horizontal exhaustion (especially in the context of WRAPs.)
