On March 28 at 2:00 p.m., Mr. Saxe will join three other respected professionals to discuss strategies for policyholders and carriers to effectively resolve complex construction defect cases. Topics will include property damage issues, number of occurrences, how courts interpret business risk exclusions, allocation in the presence of additional insurance carriers, and eliminating conflicts of interest in settlement and/or mediation proceedings. A question-and-answer session will open after all speaker presentations are complete.
