This seminar covered the art of litigating insurance claims.  It focused on being prepared to handle the “bread-and-butter” cases quickly and efficiently by keeping current on common types of insurance coverage disputes.  It provided insight into the interpretation of various insurance policies as well as of the insurer’s duty to defend. The seminar also evaluated the bad faith cause of action from both an insured’s point of view.  Finally, the seminar discussed common ethical issues and how to respond to them.
