We are always looking for motivated and committed paralegals to join our team of dedicated professionals. We hire both entry-level and experienced paralegals and are committed to providing each paralegal with the necessary hands-on training by partners, associates and senior paralegals to ensure a successful work experience and an effective and valuable work product.

SDV’s paralegals are integral members of our complex commercial litigation team. Our Paralegals are assigned a case load and are responsible for the day-to-day management and movement of each matter to which they are assigned.

In addition to being responsible for SDV’s case management activities, our attorneys depend on our paralegals to provide them with a sophisticated level of support, including the thorough investigation and analysis of facts, the review and analysis of policies and contracts, and the development of litigation strategy.

We involve our paralegals in team meetings and provide them with the opportunity to participate in analysis and strategy discussions. As a result, our paralegals enjoy a solid understanding of the complex legal issues of each matter, thus enabling them to effectively manage fact-rich and document-intensive cases while providing high-quality assistance to our attorneys.
