Bio: »

Bethany Barrese began working for SDV as an Attorney in the fall of 2012. She focuses her practice primarily on complex policyholder coverage issues, disputes, and litigation in federal and state courts. She also helps companies review their existing insurance programs and recommends various risk management strategies. She enjoys the challenge of utilizing all available resources to obtain the most comprehensive recoveries for her clients.

Since joining the firm, Bethany has been extensively involved in managing risk transfer and insurance options associated with the collapse and subsequent cleanup of the World Trade Center. In this role, she identifies and resolves unique insurance coverage issues that have wide-ranging impact and involve the interplay of political and legislative authorities.

Outside of the office, Bethany enjoys cooking and travel.
