Professional Activities:
Ms. Fleck joined SDV as a paralegal in November of 2007 to work on complex commercial litigation and insurance litigation matters. She has extensive complex commercial litigation experience, including arbitration, mediation and trial in the areas of healthcare, construction and general corporate. Since joining SDV, she has concentrated on insurance coverage litigation for major general contractor clients, involving construction defect claims for property damage under commercial general liability policies.
Ms. Fleck’s case management experience includes document control, database management, large-volume document review and production in complex litigation matters. She also has extensive experience responding to discovery, preparing and assisting at hearings, depositions and trials, drafting pleadings and maintaining electronic databases.
Prior to joining SDV, Ms. Fleck worked for a large Hartford law firm where she focused on commercial litigation and tort litigation.
