Jake is an Associate in the firm’s West Coast office where he focuses his practice on representing policyholders across an array of industries, with clientele spanning from contractors, commercial property owners, and corporations.

Prior to joining SDV, Jake was a Judicial Extern for the Honorable Carmen R. Luege of the Orange County Superior Court. During law school, he also worked as a research assistant for one of his professors, helping with research on a forthcoming book.

Jake graduated in the top of his class from the University of San Diego School of Law, where he was a member of the San Diego Law Review and awarded a Dean’s Honor Scholarship. After receiving a B.A. in English in his undergraduate career, Jake went on to obtain his M.A. in Education and taught high school English before attending law school.

Jake currently resides in San Clemente. During his free time, he enjoys cooking, reading, playing guitar, and spending time with his wife and kids.
