Corporations, small businesses, educational institutions, and religious organizations continue to face legal liabilities stemming from decades-old operations and conduct. PFAS, talc, abuse & molestation, asbestos, and environmental cleanup claims can pose existential challenges, but insurance purchased decades ago may help defray the costs of defending such cases – if it can be found!
