Aaron Alfano Counsel

Aaron Alfano is Counsel in the firm’s Southeast office, where he focuses his practice on insurance coverage and complex civil litigation. He brings more than 25 years of experience handling high-value disputes involving property damage, construction defects, and catastrophic injury claims.

Aaron has extensive experience advising clients on insurance coverage issues, policy interpretation, and claims handling, and has litigated matters in both state and federal courts through trial, arbitration, and appeal. He has developed and executed litigation strategies in matters involving significant financial exposure and has achieved favorable outcomes in complex coverage and liability disputes. In addition to his litigation practice, Aaron has advised on policy development and risk management strategies and has experience managing large portfolios of claims and supervising litigation teams.

Aaron earned his Juris Doctor from Stetson University College of Law and his Bachelor of Arts in English Literature, with honors, from Florida State University.
