
Daniel J. Sorger Senior Associate
Daniel J. Sorger is an experienced insurance and reinsurance coverage attorney who has dedicated his practice to representing and advising clients on critical liability issues such as those arising from the opioid epidemic, wildfires, and sports-related traumatic brain injuries.
With a broad background in insurance and reinsurance law shaped by years of representing major insurance carriers, Daniel now advocates for commercial policyholders in high-stakes coverage disputes. His deep knowledge and experience provide a critical edge for policyholders seeking to maximize their coverage.
Daniel graduated cum laude from Boston College Law School where he served as Executive Articles Editor of the Boston College Law Review. While in law school, Daniel interned for Judge John J. McConnell, Jr. of the U.S. District Court for the District of Rhode Island. He also interned for Justice Francis X. Flaherty of the Rhode Island Supreme Court.
Daniel is actively involved in his community, where he was appointed Vice Chair of the Conservation Commission and is an active member of local yacht and tennis clubs. He is a resident of the firm’s Northeast office in Connecticut.
