Hannah D. Stevens Associate

Hannah Stevens is an attorney based in the firm’s West Coast office where she focuses her legal practice on representing clients facing coverage issues. Hannah joined SDV through the firm’s Summer Associate program, and then later worked as a Law Clerk prior to becoming an Associate.

Hannah Stevens is an attorney based in the firm’s West Coast office where she focuses her legal practice on representing clients facing coverage issues. Hannah joined SDV through the firm’s Summer Associate program, and then later worked as a Law Clerk prior to becoming an Associate.

Hannah graduated magna cum laude from California Western School of Law. During law school, she received numerous academic achievements, including earning Academic Excellence Awards in Constitutional Law, Insurance Law & Litigation, and Remedies. She served as the Executive Editor for the California Western Law Review. Hannah’s legal experience includes serving as a Judicial Extern for the Honorable Anthony Battaglia and the Honorable Bernard Skomal for the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of California. She also interned at the City Attorney’s office for the City of San Diego as well as the Office of the California Attorney General. Furthermore, she provided pro bono work as a clinical intern for the California Western Community Law Project.

Before pursuing her legal career, Hannah gained extensive experience in administrative duties, marketing, and public service through roles with Simon Property Group and the City of San Diego. She holds a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science with distinction from San Diego State University, where she was active in Pi Sigma Alpha and the Ethics Bowl Debate Team.

In her free time, Hannah enjoys exploring new hikes, playing pickleball, and kayaking.
