Kathryn D. Kellner Associate
Kathryn is a resident of the firm’s West Coast office and focuses her practice exclusively on the representation of policyholders. She routinely works on complex litigation matters involving construction defect and directors and officers claims.
Kathryn is a resident of the firm’s West Coast office and focuses her practice exclusively on the representation of policyholders. She routinely works on complex litigation matters involving construction defect and directors and officers claims. Kathryn also works within the LaborGuard Program, a subset of the firm’s Risk Transfer practice group.
Kathryn joined the SDV team as an Associate after completing the firm’s Summer Associate program. While in law school, Kathryn was a member of the Business Law Society. She was also a member of mock trial and helped lead her team to victory in the prestigious Buffalo-Niagara Trial Competition. Her law school internship/externships include work with the Orange County District Attorney and Legal Aid Foundation of Los Angeles.
Kathryn currently volunteers as a Mock Trial coach at her alma mater. She is proficient in Italian and enjoys traveling in her spare time. She currently resides in Del Mar, California.
