Rachel S. Kindseth Counsel

Rachel Snow Kindseth is Counsel in the firm’s Northeast office in Trumbull, where she focuses her practice on representing policyholders in complex insurance coverage litigation. Rachel has handled coverage claims involving commercial liability, products liability, property damage and business interruption.  Rachel has significant experience in high-stakes insurance matters involving a variety of coverage issues, including allocation, exhaustion, other insurance, and excess coverage.

Rachel has extensive experience prosecuting coverage actions in state and federal courts and is involved in all stages of litigation.  She has both jury and bench trial experience.  In addition to her trial court experience, Rachel has drafted appellate briefs for cases before the Connecticut Supreme Court and Appellate Court and the Second Circuit Court of Appeals.

Rachel earned her Juris Doctor, with honors, from the University of Connecticut School of Law, where she served as Executive Editor of the Connecticut Journal of International Law and was a member of the Moot Court Board. Rachel is a past-President of the Junior League of Greater New Haven and continues to volunteer with the Junior League and other community organizations.  She enjoys vacationing in Maine where she has family roots.
