Rachel S. Pearson Associate

Rachel Pearson comes to SDV with a strong background in litigation, having represented clients in a wide variety of state and federal litigation matters, including medical malpractice, product liability, nursing home liability, and general negligence matters. She has authored articles and presented to medical professionals, risk managers, and legal compliance professionals on trends and recent case law changes.

As a SDV Northeast team member, Rachel focuses her practice on complex insurance litigation claims, advising and guiding clients through viable litigation options. Her efforts have resulted in a 2021 Best Lawyers: Ones to Watch designation.

In her spare time, Rachel enjoys biking, running, baking, and spending time with her family. She resides in Wilton, Connecticut, with her husband, children, and two rescue dogs.
