Rebecca Mielnicki is a dedicated advocate with a strong foundation in litigation and client representation. She earned her Juris Doctor, summa cum laude, from Quinnipiac University School of Law, graduating in the top 10% of her class. During law school, Rebecca distinguished herself through numerous trial advocacy achievements, including winning the Quinnipiac Mock Trial Intramural Final Bench and earning recognition as Best Overall Advocate. She was a publication editor on the Quinnipiac Probate Law Journal. She was also a semi-finalist in the Syracuse National Trial Competition and a regional finalist in the Texas Young Lawyers Association Trial Competition. Her commitment to excellence was further recognized with awards for Oral Advocacy and Clinical Legal Education.
Rebecca’s legal experience spans civil justice, education law, and policy work. As an Advanced Certified Legal Intern with the Quinnipiac Civil Justice Clinic, she represented clients in court, presented oral arguments, and handled matters involving immigration, family law, disability rights, and human trafficking. She also gained experience in mediation and client advocacy during her internships with Keller Law LLC and the Children’s Law Center of Massachusetts. Her policy work with the Autistic Women and Nonbinary Network reflects her dedication to advancing civil rights and disability law.
Rebecca holds a Bachelor of Science in Forensic Psychology from The College of Saint Rose, where she was an active member of the Mock Trial team and student media leadership.
She is committed to providing thoughtful, client-focused representation in all aspects of her practice. Rebecca enjoys being actively involved in the arts including but not limited to theatre, music, photography and painting. She also is an avid reader and loves playing cards and board games.
