Rosaleen “Rose” Crowley is a Senior Associate Attorney based in the firm’s Northeast office in Connecticut. With over two decades of legal experience in private and corporate law, Rose is a highly skilled attorney dedicated to representing clients in complex contract issues, commercial disputes, coverage disputes, policy interpretation, and claims management. After a decade as a corporate counsel for several large global companies, Rose has returned to client practice bringing her extensive litigation experience. Her background includes over ten years of litigation, with more than five years at one of the largest municipal law offices and several years at a small firm specializing in construction, real estate, and commercial matters. 

Throughout her career, Rose has counseled industrial and manufacturing companies across the defense, aerospace, and agricultural sectors. She has advised commercial and private clients on construction, real estate, and complex commercial transactional matters leveraging her expertise to mitigate risk, enhance operational efficiency, and drive strategic growth. Her litigation experience includes matters and claims related to municipal law, toxic torts, product and supply chain issues, trade secret misappropriation and intellectual property disputes. 

Prior to joining the SDV team, Rose advised companies on large-scale capital projects, and acquisitions, playing an integral role in managing the legal aspects of multi-billion- dollar investments. 

She resides in Fairfield with her family and enjoys outdoor walks, reading novels, and travel.
