Sarah J. Markham Associate

Sarah Markham is a resident of the firm’s Northeast office, where she focuses her practice on representing corporate policyholders in a wide array of coverage issues. She routinely works on complex litigation matters. In addition, Sarah performs policy reviews in connection with the LaborGuard Program, a subset of the firm’s Risk Transfer practice group, ensuring clients are compliant with insurance requirements. Sarah worked for an insurance defense firm prior to joining SDV.

Sarah joined the SDV team through the firm’s Summer Associate program, staying on as a Law Clerk and returning as an Associate following her law school graduation. During law school, Sarah received multiple recognitions for her academic performance in Legal Writing, Constitutional Law, and Federal Courts. She was the Case Note Editor of the Quinnipiac Law Review, and graduated Magna Cum Laude. Her law school intern/externships included work with the Law Office of John Calabrese. During law school, Sarah also worked with the Quinnipiac Civil Justice Clinic.

Sarah loves reading, traveling, and spending time outdoors. She currently resides in Stratford, Connecticut.
